Knob & Tube
If you have an older home, fairly common in
homes built prior to 1940, you probably have a
wiring system in your home referred to as "knob
and tube". Often many partial remodels have
taken place over the years, leaving behind an
incongruent system resulting in an increased fire
risk. Power usage is usually limited with this
system as well.
